Shipping within Australia 

$10 flat rate shipping on all orders under $200 Australia-Wide

Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all Australian orders over $200

$15 flat rate for EXPRESS Post Australia-wide

  • 1-3 business day delivery within Australia 

 

International Orders

Processing Times

All orders will be processed within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation email.  Once your order is shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking details.  Please let us know as quickly as possible if you haven't received an email from us within 20 minutes of placing your order:

Returns Policy

We hope that you love your new Avaalia The Label purchases, however, we are here to help if you need to return an item.

​

If for any reason, you need to return your order, we are happy to offer a full refund on full-priced items or exchange when the return complies with our Returns Policy below:

Avaalia The Label gladly accepts returns within a 30-day period from the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) are unworn, unwashed, unused, unexposed to perfume or cosmetics and in its original condition with all tags intact.

  • The returned item(s) are accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Any discounts received at the time of purchase will be carried over.

  • Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and hairpieces are unable to be returned for change of mind.

  • We are unable to review any items via email or phone. All items must be physically returned to Avaalia The Label.

  • Items bought on sale cannot be exchanged for a different item, size or refund.

 

How to return an item:

Customers Located in Australia:

 

For change of mind or size changes, please follow our returns process below:

    1. Please email us at contact@avaaliathelabel.com within 14 days of receiving your order and let us know your reason for return and please let us know if you would like to exchange your item or if you would prefer a refund.                                                                                                            

    2. Please neatly package the garments up with the completed Returns Form and lodge at an Australia Post facility over the counter within 20 days of receiving your delivery. Please retain your tracking number & Australia Post receipt for proof of lodgement. Please send to:

Alternatively, you can personally return your item by visiting our Avaalia The Label Store at the same address above.

 

For faulty or incorrectly supplied Items:

Avaalia The Label will pay for return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items and offer a full refund.

Simply email us at contact@avaaliathelabel.com 

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ exchange / store credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 7 days of when we receive the return, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, alternatively, you can choose to be issued with store credit. 

Refunds will be processed via original payment method only (unless store credit is requested) and all refunds are processed in the original currency of the order ($AUD). Any conversion loss, will not be covered within the refund process. Store credit for returns/exchanges will be valid for 12 months from date of return. Avaalia The Label does not refund any initial shipping charges or additional charges, including customs, duties or sales taxes (these are not included in our prices).

 

Please note:

Avaalia The Label is not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

Returns outside of this period will not be accepted. Avaalia The Label reserves the right to deny unauthorised returns that do not meet or follow our return policy and procedures.

Pending item availability, we will make all reasonable attempts to secure exchange requests.  If the item is no longer available, you will be offered a store credit or refund.

Avaalia The Label does not cover the cost of international or local returns, unless the garment is either faulty or the incorrect item has been sent.

Late or missing refunds 

Please allow up to 10 business days for refunds to be processed, pending payment method/ financial institution. If you haven’t received a refund after 10 days, first check your bank account again and contact your credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet after 12 days, please contact us at contact@avaaliathelabel.com
